Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Grand Junction, CO to oversee warehouse logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. You will implement strategies to improve productivity, drive P&L results, and manage daily KPIs while coordinating with multiple departments.

You will supervise a team, train staff on procedures, generate and analyze reports, maintain safety and compliance, and help optimize the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience.
• 2+ years of logistics experience.
• Experience with warehouse distribution equipment.
• Basic understanding of business operations and strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and organized records.
• Strategic planning and analytical thinking.
• Effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of managing workload and meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team responsible for monitoring goods movement and inventory levels.
• Implements warehousing, distribution, and inventory strategies.
• Generates and analyzes reports identifying trends and actionable items.
• Ensures compliance with customer requirements and processing times.
• Trains employees on procedures and processes with adherence to protocols.
• Drafts action plans to improve efficiency and quality standards.
• Communicates with management and customers to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
• Manages daily KPIs with reporting that exceeds customer expectations.
• Participates in employee relations and labor planning.
• Operates and trains on PIT equipment.
• Coordinates with departments to optimize supply chain.
• Provides first-level support for escalated issues during shifts.
• Maintains health and safety compliance in the workplace.
