Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in business, logistics, supply chain, or engineering.
• Experience in logistics operations, dispatch, routing, and load planning.
• Ability to analyze data and manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, lead, and set priorities for Logistics Specialist team
• Coach, train, and develop direct reports, including performance reviews
• Analyze dispatch plans and monitor onsite volumes against KPIs
• Ensure profitability via truck utilization, revenue, and inventory control
• Collaborate with Supply and Distribution to identify opportunities and report results
• Model company values and ensure safety, policy, and procedure compliance
• Complete other duties as assigned
