Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present information to groups.
• Experience in scheduling, dispatch, or operations coordination is a plus.
• Experience coordinating drivers, routes, and vehicle utilization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule workloads to ensure sufficient staff for shifts.
• Oversee dispatch operations and identify training needs or improvements.
• Direct drivers via two-way radio and coordinate vehicle assignments.
• Maintain records and reports on deliveries, mileage, and expenses.
• Resolve delivery issues by communicating with customers and stores.
