Job summary

• 5+ years of logistics or distribution leadership experience.
• Experience with warehouse, transportation and distribution operations.
• Ability to lead change and adopt new processes or systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day distribution center and transportation operations.
• Coach and develop logistics coordinators, DC staff and drivers.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate outbound shipments and fleet utilization.
