The role partners with Retail Logistics, Distribution Services, Traffic and Inventory Control to implement continuous improvement across inbound, outbound and ecommerce processing.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in a similar role or department.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Conversational Spanish language preferred.
• WMS - Manhattan Associates software knowledge preferred.
• Cegid knowledge preferred.
• Solid budgeting understanding and judgement.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office & PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution center operations including inbound, outbound and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing and prioritization to meet Ecommerce productivity targets.
• Lead safety and security of the facility and team.
• Collaborate with Distribution Services, Traffic and Inventory Control to set priorities.
• Onboard, train, and mentor staff to maximize output and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processing areas.
• Develop layouts and flow strategies to optimize product movement and space.
• Communicate issues to Distribution Service & Transportation teams and escalate as needed.
