Hermès in Dayton, NJ is seeking a Senior Manager of Logistics Operations to lead daily distribution center activities, ensuring safe operations, accurate inventory, and efficient throughput. The role partners with Retail Logistics, Distribution Services, Traffic and Inventory Control to implement continuous improvement across inbound, outbound and ecommerce processing.

• 10 years of experience in a similar role or department.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Conversational Spanish language preferred.
• WMS - Manhattan Associates software knowledge preferred.
• Cegid knowledge preferred.
• Solid budgeting understanding and judgement.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong Microsoft Office & PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily distribution center operations including inbound, outbound and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate staffing and prioritization to meet Ecommerce productivity targets.
• Lead safety and security of the facility and team.
• Collaborate with Distribution Services, Traffic and Inventory Control to set priorities.
• Onboard, train, and mentor staff to maximize output and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processing areas.
• Develop layouts and flow strategies to optimize product movement and space.
• Communicate issues to Distribution Service & Transportation teams and escalate as needed.
