Mallard Creek Polymers Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Supervisor to lead day-to-day distribution center and transportation operations in Charlotte, NC.

Qualifications

Associate degree or higher in supply chain-related field with relevant experience.
Minimum five years in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or distribution operations.
Two+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
Experience with warehouse and transportation activities and DOT compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead daily distribution center and transportation operations to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
Supervise logistics coordinators, DC personnel, and drivers; set priorities and schedules.
Monitor performance, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
