Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based software.
• Ability to review logistics and transportation information in databases.
• Ability to prepare operational reports, queries, and service details.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and manage profiles and service needs.
• Process orders, track shipments, and assist with tracing as needed.
• Prepare operational data and summarize reports for internal use.
