Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Support professional to coordinate transportation with carriers and manage customer relationships. You will maintain profiles, monitor shipments, and ensure accuracy of documents in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED with 2 years of logistics experience; associates preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software is expected; team collaboration is important to deliver reliable

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; an Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of specialized logistics or related operations support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics software; ability to prepare operational reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with internal and external customers; assist with account management and respond to questions on shipments, billing, status and services.
• Ensure document accuracy and manage complex customer and carrier information; track orders and shipments; assist with tracing.
• Process operational data in software systems, identify issues, and resolve with relevant teams using databases and logs.
• Run, analyze and summarize operational reports and present information to coworkers or supervisors.
• Interface with carriers to understand requirements and track shipments; support complex domestic and international operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Create and process required shipping documents and review for accuracy; assist customers as needed.
