Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments to customers.
• Source and evaluate transportation carriers to secure best pricing and service.
• Manage incoming freight and ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Track and monitor all inbound and outbound orders from start to finish.
• Utilize inventory management systems to maintain accurate inventory and shipment records.
• Analyze logistics performance data and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, freight, and pricing discrepancies.
• Manage Proofs of Delivery (PODs), Certificates of Insurance, and shipping documentation.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Accounts Payable, and Order Management teams.
• Verify outbound shipments for accuracy before carrier pickup.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of logistics/transportation experience

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Multi-priority management with minimal supervision
