Job summary

ICAT Logistics is seeking a Station Manager to lead a busy operation and deliver exceptional customer service across import, export, domestic, and warehousing activities. The role focuses on staff leadership, SOP adherence, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will collaborate with sales to secure new business, manage P&L, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while mentoring a growing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of transportation and/or freight experience.
• 2+ years of leading others.
• Experience with LTL/TL and expedited ground services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff, including training on SOP changes and performance management.
• Optimize operations with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with staff to celebrate wins and close gaps.
• Leverage technology (TMS, BI dashboards, RPA) to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Own station P&L and ensure adherence to KPIs and budget.
