Job summary

IU Health Methodist Hospital is seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Associate to support hospital operations in Indianapolis.

You will manage requisitions, inventory, receiving and stocking, verify items by description and quantity, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining accuracy and quality. Requires 0–3 years experience and a Diploma/GED.

Onsite role with on-call and weekend coverage; may operate a company vehicle and use WMS, POU and ERP systems to document activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience is required.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience in order stocking and filling is preferred.
• Some assignments may require the ability to operate manual and motorized material handling equipment. May be required to obtain Material Handling Safety Training certification within 30 days of hire.
• Requires long periods of standing and walking (as much as 6+ hours per day) and heavy pushing and pulling.

Responsibilities

• Ensures aisle/storeroom maintenance and cleanliness is constantly maintained.
• Effectively utilizes the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Wavemark Point of Use System (POU), and Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) to document all ordering, filling, stocking, tagging, and registering activity.
• This position may require on-call rotation and weekend coverage.
• This position may require operating a company vehicle.

Full-time night shift from 11p-7:30a with rotating weekends, 40hrs a week.
