Job summary

frontline network systems, inc. in the United States is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support import processing, customs clearance, and delivery tracking within our growing logistics network.

You will coordinate with overseas agents and internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and on-time service. This full-time onsite role requires strong communication, attention to detail, multitasking under pressure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
• Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Import Processing: Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean or air import procedures.
• Customs Clearance: Manage customs clearance of goods through brokerage services.
• Delivery Tracking: Monitor delivery status and share updates with relevant parties.
• Accounting: Handle accounts payable/receivable, closing, and other accounting-related duties.
• Data Entry: Input service information into the internal system.
• Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries.
