Job summary

True Manufacturing seeks an International Traffic Coordinator to manage scheduling of inbound/outbound shipments and related documentation for US-bound and international shipments. The role collaborates with Sales and Customer Service and supports customs compliance and domestic tasks as needed.

Office-based with potential for up to one remote workday per week, requiring regular on-site collaboration and participation in cross-functional meetings to ensure timely operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of related experience required.
• Prior transportation and/or logistics experience strongly desired.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with Sales and Customer Service.
• Build, process, and rate shipments.
• Freight bill approval.
• Provide necessary documents for shipments leaving/arriving to the US.
• Assist Customs Compliance Department with related tasks.
• Research County-of-Origin values for vendors and parts.
• Maintain regular on-site presence with optional remote workday per guidelines.
