Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions. RXO is seeking a Logistics Specialist to provide logistics support, including order entry, routing and dispatching, and traffic coordination in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The position is onsite, full-time, with responsibilities to maintain loads, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with drivers and account managers. A minimum of 1 year in logistics and a high school diploma are preferred, with knowledge of the transportation industry and

Qualifications

1 year of logistics experience required.
General knowledge of the transportation industry.
Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

Maintain customer profile information and enter loads from customer tenders.
Update account managers on problem loads and actions taken; notify receivers and customers of load status.
Monitor daily pickups and deliveries; verify loads arrived on time and in good condition.
Take check calls from drivers and validate load data prior to delivery for accounting.
Investigate overages, shortages, damages and complete documentation.
Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments and accept/decline loads per guidance.
