• 1 year of logistics experience required.

Responsibilities

• Enter loads from customer tenders and maintain profile information.
• Update account managers on problem loads and status to customers.
• Monitor daily pick-ups and deliveries for on-time and intact arrival.
• Coordinate with drivers to confirm deliveries and validate load data for invoicing.
• Investigate overages, shortages or damages and document findings.
• Schedule delivery appointments and route loads as directed by account managers.
• Provide drivers with detailed routing instructions.
