Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• PM certification preferred; 10 years experience in business or logistics preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills required.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Implements and executes plans to support strategic operations.
• Oversees safety programs to maintain a safe work environment and reduce injuries.
• Leads operations, ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
• Manages day-to-day operations, budgets and staffing to optimize efficiency and service.
• Expands customer contracts and maintains relationships with agencies and vendors.
