Security Requirement

• A SECRET security clearance is required.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assist with processing and managing personnel gear, sustainment gear, and resolving OPCON issues.
2. Assist in processing General Service Requests.
3. Manage incoming material, inventories, and reconcile material issues in DPAS, RSUPPLY, and SSAVIE.
4. Handle warehouse management, receiving, and receipt processing.
5. Perform data entry, inventory management, and research in DPAS/R-Supply systems.
6. Identify incoming material for appropriate distribution.
7. Manage lifecycle of SPEAR gear, including ordering, issuing, returning, and disposal.
8. Manage SSAVIE data, inventory, and research.
9. Provide customer service related to material and gear issues.
10. Process DRMO and manage receipt, turnover, and shipment of materials.
11. Handle returns and disposal of personnel gear.
12. Provide quarterly status reports, highlight concerns, and address shortfalls.

Minimum Requirements

1. At least 2 years of experience with inventory management in a military or DoD setting.
2. Experience supporting logistics operations or systems.
3. Valid forklift license and ability to operate MHE.
4. Navy operations experience preferred.
5. Valid state driver’s license and ability to operate government vehicles.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and data management.
7. Strong work ethic, communication skills, and attention to detail.
8. Ability to work independently and write military-style correspondence.
9. Experience with data entry, analysis, and research related to logistics.
