Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. is seeking a Solutions Specialist to connect clients with efficient logistics solutions in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

You will travel throughout the assigned territory, build relationships with customers and internal teams, and coordinate with pricing coordinators to deliver timely rate agreements. A 2+ year B2B sales background and a valid driver's license are required; OD offers health benefits, retirement plans and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales or equivalent.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Must maintain a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers in person across assigned territory.
• Provide responsive customer service and coordinate with operations.
• Present rate agreements and work with pricing coordinators.
• Maintain records of daily sales calls.
• Communicate equipment requirements and service hours.
• Handle customer complaints through proper channels.
• Manage travel expenses and itineraries weekly.
