Kargo is seeking a technically adept clientsolutions professional to bridge hardware and software for logistics optimization. You will map client journeys, gather data for ROI, and support deployments across hardware and software stacks.

The role requires collaboration with field teams and partners, and frequent travel to client sites to drive continuous improvement. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in customer-facing roles, deep knowledge of WMS/TMS/ERP, and proficiency with Atlassian Suite,

Formación

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical solutions role.
• Understanding of supply chain requirements across 3PL, food & bev, and complex distribution systems.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with active listening skills.
• Experience with Atlassian Suite, Figma and Datadog is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Map client journeys before and after implementation with process diagrams.
• Participate in customer meetings to gather data for ROI and deliverables.
• Provide engineering support for process improvements across hardware and software stacks.
• Collaborate with field teams to optimize deployments and integration with client systems.
• Present value and ROI concepts and deliver detailed product demonstrations.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and partner locations.
