Transportation Insight, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to analyze, develop, and support logistics solution implementations for current and prospective clients. You will lead in the deal cycle with strategic thinking, business acumen, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design profitable solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in supply chain management, strong MS Office and presentation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications

• BS degree in business or related field; MBA preferred if not business-oriented.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong technical skills in project planning, presentation and business applications.

Responsabilités

• Assess a validated prospect’s current supply chain program by documenting current state.
• Understand the client’s systems and requirements to propose the best solution.
• Document the future solution to support presentations and other documentation.
• Help create pricing strategies for Transportation Insight services.
• Assist sales in demonstrating technology platforms to close new business.
• Communicate with prospects and clients via phone, web and on-site.
• Support transitioning clients from sales to implementation/account management teams.
• Document best practices and support ongoing improvement efforts.
• Move about the office; standard full-time hours with occasional weekends/evenings during peak periods.
