Job summary

TikTok's Merchant Shipping & Fulfillment Product Team is building seller-facing logistics solutions to enhance end-to-end shipping and fulfillment experiences. We own the global design of shipping services, including delivery time, pricing, and workflows, while partnering cross-functionally to optimize seller and consumer experience.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher.
Experience in the global e-commerce industry and logistics awareness.
Ability to propose product solutions for complex problems.
Strong communication, teamwork and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze shipping services across regions to design scalable merchant-facing features.
Define service mindsets, EDT prediction/display, and shipping fee strategy for expansion.
Design merchant-facing shipping processes and open platform integration for ISV ecosystems.
Collaborate with Business, Operations, and Data teams to improve seller and consumer experience and shipping costs.
Coordinate with Engineering and Algorithm teams to advance projects and ensure launches.
Continuously strive for product optimization and global e-commerce system capabilities.
