Job summary

TikTok Shop is seeking a Merchant Growth Strategy Operations Manager, Platform Logistics, in Seattle to drive growth of platform logistics services including FBT and TT Shipping. You will analyze data, gather merchant insights, design strategies, and manage cross-functional projects to improve merchant adoption, conversion, and retention.

Preferred candidates will have 2+ years in internet platforms, strong analytical and project management skills, and experience collaborating with Product,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years in internet platform businesses, business analysis, strategy operations, merchant operations, growth operations, logistics operations, or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills, able to structure problems, analyze data, synthesize insights, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives from goal setting to execution, with results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze merchant segmentation, order fulfillment, and logistics usage to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Evaluate merchant adoption, conversion paths, and growth potential across FBT and TT Shipping.
• Lead and participate in merchant interviews, surveys, and case reviews to uncover pain points in logistics cost and fulfillment.
• Design growth strategies and operational plans for different merchant segments and goals; track progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Logistics, Data, and Research teams to drive project execution and reporting.
