Job summary

ProLift Toyota Material Handling in Evansville, IN is seeking a Transportation and Shop Coordinator to manage the movement of new, used, off-lease, shop, and rental equipment. You will check-in rentals, document repairs, and communicate findings to the Rental and SHOP teams, ensuring equipment matches customer requirements.

You will proactively coordinate with internal and external customers, maintain inventory movement records, and help prioritize tasks while protecting confidential information

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate and document equipment movements with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop work with Shop Lead Technician and team; update status boards and schedules.
• Communicate essential information to relevant parties promptly.
• Collaborate with field service team for seamless handoffs between field and shop.
• Maintain Shop Service WIP: review, update, and invoice daily.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values and purpose.
