ProLift Toyota Material Handling is seeking a Rental Specialist to provide material handling rental solutions and collaborate with other departments on time-sensitive orders. The ideal candidate communicates proactively to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least two years of customer service or administrative experience, with strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills and excellent communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Outlook and Excel required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current customer relationships and develop new relationships.
• Handle incoming rental inquiries via phone, email, or in person from internal and external customers.
• Process all incoming and outgoing rental orders including invoicing.
• Promote our values and the mission to be an indispensable partner for customers, vendors and associates.
