Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably with material handling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to protect confidential information and uphold company values.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shop work with Shop Lead Technician and team; update status boards and schedules.
• Communicate essential information to relevant parties promptly.
• Collaborate with field service team for smooth handoffs between field and shop.
• Maintain Shop Service WIP: review, update and invoice daily.
• Promote ProLift Toyota Material Handling's values and mission to be an indispensable partner.
