Synopsys is seeking a Distribution Specialist to enable shipping and receiving of product along with related support activities, including shipment documentation and warehousing services. The role works under medium supervision to complete routine tasks and requires strong time-management and organizational skills.

The candidate will handle campus shipping, coordinate with carriers and 3PLs, and prepare international invoices, ensuring seamless deliveries to customers and suppliers.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of relevant experience in shipping, warehousing and logistics.
• Proven ability to manage transportation and warehouse operations.
• Clear-thinker with effective communicator style.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, carriers and customers.

Aufgaben

• Support campus shipping and receiving activities
• Organize and handle a variety of logistics issues ensuring the seamless execution of Synopsys product shipments to and from customers, suppliers, manufacturing sites and 3PL’s
• Experience with domestic and international carriers—both parcel and freight is a must
• Create commercial invoices for international shipments with supervision
• Execute logistics plans and procedures, achieving department goals and priorities
• Serves as liaison between carriers, 3PL’s, suppliers and manufacturing sites to ensure product shipments deliver seamlessly
