QXO is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support the Logistics and Customer Service teams in coordinating outbound shipments and resolving transportation issues. This role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and cross-department collaboration to ensure timely deliveries.

The position involves OS&D claims management, 3PL coordination, and auditing carrier invoices, with a focus on high-quality customer service and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics procedures, regulations and documentation.
• 1 year of experience with a web based TMS platform.
• Ability to be the hub between multiple departments.
• Experience with Freight Audit and Payment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound shipments with Customer Service and 3PL traffic team.
• Review 3PL daily late load report and coordinate with 3PL and customers.
• Handle daily transportation issues and escalate when needed.
• Initiate OS&D claims with carriers and monitor 3PL for closures.
• Analyze invoice exceptions and post audit 3PL invoices.
• Liaise between 3PL and IT to resolve TMS issues.
• Manage and monitor rental trailer fleet for location accuracy.
• Prepare and update business reports for Logistics Manager.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
