Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Specialist in Phoenix to provide day-to-day logistics support for customer shipments and orders.

You will enter and track orders, schedule delivery appointments, upload PODs, and communicate shipment updates with drivers, customers, and account managers. Responsibilities include building and tracking orders in TMS, monitoring daily pickups, and using API, TMS, and Freight Optimizer to support operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of logistics experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer loads and maintain accurate profile information.
• Build and track orders using logistics systems (TMS).
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to keep shipments on schedule.
• Provide customers and account managers with shipment updates.
• Upload PODs and other shipment documentation.
• Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments in the TMS.
• Use API, TMS, and Freight Optimizer to support daily operations.
