Job summary

DP World in Mesa, AZ seeks a L2 – Logistics Coordinator to drive efficient day-to-day order lifecycle management and customer support. The role partners with the control tower to align inbound/outbound operations, inventory levels, and KPIs, delivering timely reports and proactive service.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or planning customer service.
• Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and PivotTables.
• Able to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Able to multi-task effectively.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, escalations and a large volume of day-to-day reports through the life cycle of customer orders.
• Build a close working relationship with the Key Account control tower staff, understanding their day-to-day requirements and servicing accordingly.
• Ensure a large number of customer and carrier performance reports are completed weekly/monthly and submitted on time and with accurate content.
• Apply scheduling, planning, and coordination to support product inbound and outbound operations.
• Communicate internally and externally with customers and stakeholders.
• Process order setup via internal system, including EDI feeds or manual creation.
• Ensure orders are picked and processed timely to meet KPI requirements and monitor inventory levels per customer expectations.
