ITS Logistics, LLC is seeking a Student Associate for the Logistics Sales team in Reno, NV. You will track shipments, ensure data accuracy, and support customer communications in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers part-time hours for students, with in-office mornings preferred. You will gain hands-on experience in shipment tracking, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Current student with 20–29 hours per week availability.
• ITS will work with your school schedule but prefers in-office mornings (e.g., 3 days a week 7am–1pm).
• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain management, or customer service.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Track shipments and provide real-time status updates to customers.
• Maintain data integrity and update customer portals.
• Schedule pickups and coordinate with vendors and facilities.
• Maintain and organize shipment documents and SOPs.
• Collaborate with team to meet goals and deadlines.
