This role involves building relationships, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored growth strategies to drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to regional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Sales Initiatives: Lead field sales to surpass targets across divisions (LTL, TL, Expedited, Warehousing, Local Cartage) through strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Lead Weekly Sales Meetings: Organize and conduct weekly meetings to discuss progress, strategize, and enhance team collaboration.
- Monitor and Approve Expenses.
- Motivate Sales Team.
- Track and Support Team Initiatives.
- Assist Prospecting Efforts: Develop and support strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
- Develop Sales Materials: Collaborate with marketing to create effective sales campaigns.
- Monitor Performance Metrics: Evaluate and provide feedback on sales performance.
- Utilize CRM and Lead Platforms: Drive adoption of Zoho CRM and ZoomInfo.
- Participate in Company Events: Attend and represent the company at sponsored events.
- Manage Scheduling: Oversee team scheduling to ensure optimal staffing and work-life balance.
