Location: Remote USA – East Coast, with travel as required

Are you a commercially driven leader with experience selling into pharma? Our client is expanding into the US and looking for its first commercial hire to lead sales efforts and build partnerships with pharmaceutical companies across the region.

This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth digital health company already trusted by top pharma brands, as they scale their patient support platform, into one of the most dynamic healthcare markets.

  • Drive new business with US-based pharmaceutical companies.
  • Lead commercial conversations around companion apps for new drug launches, patient support, and real-world evidence.
  • Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline with clear reporting.
  • Represent our client at conferences, meetings, and client events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing) to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
  • Shape pricing models, go-to-market strategies, and US-specific partnership offerings.
  • Close deals ranging from $250k to $1.5M, with Year 1 sales targets of $2.5M.
  • Strong track record of B2B sales into pharma.
  • Deep understanding of the US market landscape.
  • Experience selling digital health solutions, SaaS, or tech-enabled services is highly desirable.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract.
  • Strategic, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape a market-entry strategy.
  • Be the first US hire in a rapidly scaling digital health business.
