Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking a Sales Associate for the Cincinnati, OH on-site role. You will build and manage a portfolio of customers and carriers, prospect new business, and communicate shipping needs to provide transportation solutions.

Daily duties include high-volume outbound calls, negotiating freight rates, tracking shipments, resolving issues for on-time delivery, and updating CRM. You will collaborate with internal teams and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service abilities, including prospecting, relationship-building, and handling high outbound call volumes.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, including multitasking, prioritizing, and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic technology and systems, such as CRM tools, email, and office productivity software.
• High level of resilience, persistence, and self-motivation, with a results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, and maintain a reliable, consistent schedule.
• Prior sales, logistics, transportation, or customer-facing experience is beneficial but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities
