Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in Cincinnati, OH. The Sales Associate will build and manage a portfolio of customers and carriers, prospect new business, and maintain regular communication to understand shipping needs and provide effective transportation solutions. Daily responsibilities include making high volumes of outbound calls, negotiating freight rates, tracking and tracing shipments, and resolving issues to ensure on-time delivery and excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal support teams, updating the CRM and internal systems, and preparing basic reports on sales activities and account status. The Sales Associate is expected to develop strong industry knowledge, uphold TQL’s standards of professionalism, and contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.
