Job summary

Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is seeking an entry-level Sales Associate to join our Louisville, KY team. You will build a book of business, prospect new customers, and learn our high-volume sales process while earning uncapped commissions.

Daily duties include making outbound calls, negotiating pricing with customers and carriers, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records in TQL’s systems. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s preferred.
