Job summary

Kenco Group in the United States is seeking a Safety Supervisor to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local safety laws. Leads PIT trainings, PPE programs, and supervises up to two PIT trainers. Travels up to 25% as needed, with a focus on safe warehousing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent safety/logistics experience, supervisory background, and strong knowledge of OSHA and related regulations. A path for growth within Safety and Operations is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics or safety fields.
• Minimum six months supervisory experience.
• Experience in warehousing, distribution or related fields preferred.
• Previous safety field experience as a safety specialist, technician or trainer.
• Prior powered industrial truck experience.
• Knowledge of OSHA, DOT and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate safety training programs.
• Manage and audit safety programs for the facility.
• Conduct safety audits of equipment, conditions and processes.
• Collaborate with Operations to support safety initiatives.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Maintain site safety policies and training records.
• Assist in quality management and regulatory reporting.
