Ashley Furniture HomeStore is seeking a logistics operations professional to coordinate delivery routes, manage driver assignments, and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance. You will prepare performance reports and support safety initiatives while collaborating with dispatch, drivers, and warehouse teams.

You will lead cross-functional activities, coach to improve processes, and maintain accurate billing and documentation in a predominantly office environment.

Formación

• Must possess strong analytical skills using data and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience.
• Ability to lead team in company driven processes and procedures.
• Experience coaching for improvement

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily delivery routes and driver assignments.
• Maintain DOT and FMCSA documentation, including driver logs and vehicle inspection reports.
• Assist dispatch and drivers with real-time updates and issue resolution.
• Prepare transportation performance reports and monitor cost efficiency.
• Handle billing paperwork, fuel card management, and other operational documentation.
• Support implementation of safety initiatives and monitor adherence to company standards.
