Ashley Furniture HomeStore is seeking a Transportation Administrator to support the Final Mile delivery network in Colton, CA. You will coordinate routes, ensure DOT compliance, and maintain driver communications to uphold on-time performance.

Responsibilities include creating performance reports, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with safety programs while working with dispatch and drivers to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1 year experience in delivery, distribution, logistics, and/or facility management with warehousing.
• 1+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to present data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery routes and driver assignments.
• Maintain DOT/FMCSA documentation and driver logs.
• Assist dispatch and drivers with real-time updates and issue resolution.
• Prepare transportation performance and cost reports.
