Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years in transportation, dispatch, or logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations and HOS requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with drivers and cross-functional partners.
• Solid organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple drivers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned drivers, providing direction, support, and communication.
• Plan and dispatch to align driver assignments with capacity and service requirements.
• Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, HOS, ELD usage, and safety inspections.
• Resolve driver or load issues and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Track metrics on on-time performance, miles, fuel use, and safety indicators.
• Collaborate with leadership, dispatch, planning, and maintenance teams.
