• Proactively resolve issues while trucks are in transit.
• Monitor driver safety and asset protection; guide drivers as needed.
• Analyze logistics data to improve routing accuracy and profitability.
• Maintain constant driver communication to provide necessary information.
• Address missed pickups and coordinate customer rescheduling.
• Create routes with max capacity and review loads per driver.
