HR-1 in Warren, MI is seeking an entry-level, aggressive Recruiter to recruit CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, Maintenance Technicians and more for our growing company. On top of a competitive base salary, Recruiters can earn up to $300 per hire.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm. Responsibilities include full life cycle recruiting for regional roles, reviewing applications, sourcing, screening, final interviews, maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls daily, and HRIS/ATS data maintenance with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, management, operations or transportation fields required.
• Entry-level candidates with drive and a strong tech aptitude encouraged.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle of recruiting and staffing for CDL Drivers, Dock Workers, and other regional roles.
• Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
• Sourcing, screening and conducting final interviews.
• Maintaining 30-50 outbound and 15-20 inbound calls per day.
• Internal Data Maintenance using HRIS and ATS; daily administrative tasks.
