Job summary

You will handle receiving documents, coordinate with carriers, and ensure proper staging and labeling of inbound materials, all while adhering to safety and dress code standards.

Qualifications

• Experience handling receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, and receipts.
• Ability to physically verify inbound goods against orders and reports.
• Accurate data entry into warehouse management or inventory systems.
• Ability to stage, label, and route inbound materials correctly.
• Effective communication with carriers, purchasing, and warehouse teams.

Responsibilities

• Documentation management: check, reconcile, and process inbound documents (bol, packing slips, receipts).
• Inventory verification: confirm quantity/condition against POs and manifests; report discrepancies or damages.
• System entry: input receiving data into WMS or inventory software for real-time stock updates.
• Staging and labeling: apply labels and direct materials to correct areas for putaway.
• Communication: coordinate with carriers, purchasing, and warehouse management on schedules and non-conforming shipments.
