Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
• Update customers and account managers on job progress.
• Create estimates, enter orders, and generate production work orders and freight shipments.
• File invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs) with accurate documentation.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships.
• Collaborate with sales teams to estimate job requirements and ensure project success.
• Identify issues and implement timely solutions.
