Engineered Products in Easley, SC is seeking a results‑driven Project Coordinator to support our sales team by coordinating logistics, timelines, and production schedules. You will work with Account Representatives and Sales Engineers to deliver exceptional service and ensure clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.

This role requires strong organizational skills, teamwork, and a customer‑focused approach, with proficiency in JobScope, AS400, and Excel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
2–3 years of project coordination or logistics experience.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency with JobScope, AS400, Excel.
Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Update customers and account managers on job progress.
Create estimates, enter orders, and generate production work orders and freight shipments.
File invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs) with accurate documentation.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships.
Collaborate with sales teams to estimate job requirements and ensure project success.
Identify issues and implement timely solutions.
