Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Coordinator to support logistical coordination of local operations and materials, coordinating with Plant Operations, Yard, QA/QC, R&D and Project Managers to maximize efficiency and profitability.

You will prepare submittal packages, place orders, assist with training initiatives, and communicate scheduling recommendations to management, sales teams, and customers to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree or related field required; may substitute with related experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe, Outlook and ability to learn new software quickly.
• 3 to 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Ability to work with complex spreadsheets and databases and learn new software quickly.
• Familiarity with Project Management software such as MS Project and ERP systems.
• Strong management and problem-solving skills.
• Must handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain time management.
