Job summary

You will collaborate with Account Representatives and Sales Engineers to deliver excellent customer service, prepare estimates, issue work orders, and track freight shipments while maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years proven experience in project coordination or logistics.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-focused approach.
• Proficiency in JobScope, AS400, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics to meet customer deadlines.
• Update customers and account managers on job progress.
• Create estimates, enter orders, generate work orders and freight shipments.
• File invoices and Bills of Lading (BOLs) accurately.
• Support sales team to drive project success.
• Use project management tools to track progress.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

2–3 years experience in project coordination
