• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly

If you excel at tracking orders, managing documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries, this role offers an excellent opportunity to thrive. You will serve as a key point of contact for accounts by supporting order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating directly with production and inventory teams to keep operations moving smoothly.

Highlights

• Direct Hire
• Pay rate: $24-26/hr
• Schedule: M-F (8-4:30 PM)- Onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers via phone and email regarding product quotes, order status, and shipping inquiries
• Enter and process customer orders, shipment invoices, and related documentation accurately within the ERP system
• Assist customers with basic product troubleshooting and technical support inquiries
• Process customer return requests and issue Return Material Authorizations

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service, inside sales, or order management experience, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally interact with internal teams and external clients
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, with ERP system experience preferred
• An Associate degree in a technical or business-related field is a plus but not required
• A customer-first mindset with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
