JOB TITLE: Customer Service Coordinator
Pay Range: $22 - $26 based on education and experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE:

Performs administrative and office functions supporting the company's customer service department in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Prioritizes multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service. Interacts with internal departments and provides support to the US and international field sales team, distributors, and customers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Respond to customer calls and emails, providing product/service information, order fulfillment, quotes, account setups, and shipment tracking.
  • Serve as the first contact for general inquiries regarding products, machine requests, marketing materials, complaints, and technical support.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by processing requests accurately, communicating clearly, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, accounting, manufacturing, and quality departments.
  • Coordinate with shipping to ensure timely deliveries and process returns.
  • Provide order/shipment status, contract updates, inventory reports, and leads to the field sales team.
  • Support marketing activities like tradeshows, conferences, and mailings.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or GED; minimum three years of related customer service and logistics experience, especially with heavy equipment and timely deliveries.
  • Experience with Export Administration Regulations, export procedures, documentation, and coordination with overseas partners, understanding INCOTERMS 2020.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence, apply instructions, problem-solve cross-functionally, and work with various departments.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and possess excellent phone skills and a customer-focused attitude.
