Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, order management, or inside sales experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Associate degree in a technical or business field is a plus but not required.
• Customer-first mindset and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers via phone and email regarding product quotes, order status, and shipping inquiries
• Enter and process customer orders, shipment invoices, and related documentation accurately within the ERP system
• Assist customers with basic product troubleshooting and technical support inquiries
• Process customer return requests and issue Return Material Authorizations
• Collaborate with internal teams including operations, production, purchasing, and shipping to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate customer records and update databases regularly
