Job summary

CEVA Logistics is seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist in New Castle, DE to support daily supply chain activities. You will provide customer service, manage documentation, and update data in logistics systems to ensure accurate, timely operations.

The role requires an HS diploma or GED and at least two years in a logistics/transportation office environment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of office experience in a logistics/transportation environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common software applications; ability to enter, review and verify documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers; communicate and assist with operations as needed.
• Manage documents for accuracy (dates, times, location, counts) and understand transportation/service operations.
• Update operational/customer transportation data in systems (POs, shipping times, rates, dates).
• Use databases/logs to locate and verify information; information is usually routine.
• Manage forms, labels, billing, invoices; track orders through systems and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment.
• Identify potential operational or service issues and escalate for resolution.
