Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind.

• Work on a process improvement project and present final results to Distribution executive team.
• Learn to lead and develop diverse teams.
• Collaborate with various functions within the Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
• Shadow TJX operations leaders.
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of our off-price business model.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
